Built over more than 500 hours, the project reflects patience and intent. From the very beginning, Naveen Nandal and his team stripped the motorcycle to its core. Then, they rebuilt it using bold engineering and modern craftsmanship. As a result, Parivartan balances ambition with respect.
Engineering Meets Art
At every stage, each component serves a clear purpose. Up front, CNC-machined girder forks define the stance. At the rear, a single-sided swingarm anchors the design. Meanwhile, a hand-formed aluminium fuel tank adds sculptural presence.
In addition, the exposed double-rocker rear suspension heightens visual drama. Together, these elements merge tradition with innovation. Rather than focusing on styling alone, Parivartan communicates intent. In short, it represents transformation in motion..

“Parivartan represents transformation and evolution,” explains Naveen. Accordingly, the build reflects Royal Enfield’s long journey as a brand. Through careful design and engineering, it bridges legacy with modern thinking.
“It is a tribute to motorcycle craftsmanship,” he adds. More importantly, it proves adaptability and heritage can coexist. Much like Royal Enfield itself, TNT Motorcycles dreams boldly. Yet, the team remains firmly grounded in respect for the past.
The Workshop Behind the Vision
Behind the scenes, TNT Motorcycles operates from Bijwasan, New Delhi. Over time, the workshop has earned a reputation for bespoke customs. Together, Naveen, Nitin, and Yogesh founded the brand.
The name TNT stands for Tools and Tattoos. In effect, it reflects a culture shaped by fabrication, design, and lifestyle. Notably, TNT completes full custom builds in-house. This includes, fabrication, hand-shaped metalwork, and precision engineering.
Pushing Boundaries with Purpose
As a result of this approach, TNT’s work has gained recognition across India and beyond. In fact, manufacturers like Royal Enfield have commissioned the team for official projects. These include, Interceptor and Shotgun customs.
