If you go by the look, the cafe racer style is widely recognized by the sporty laid down riding position where Scramblers comes with a comfortable up right riding position, adding a comfortable footrest position unlike cafe racer and scrambler and more likely to big bikes, like bobber or chopper may be, mixing up all of them might lead you into a disaster incomplete bike building experience! Yes its a wild thought making a hybrid of  motorcycle genres and then again yes there are guys who’re confident enough on their competence and then build a bike…

Hear it from Shift Gear Customs aka SG Customs,  Sachin Thakur from them team who looks after the marketing as well, briefed us “Shift Gear Customs is custom motorcycle outfit based in Kolhapur, Mahrashtra .We started in 2014 and have built two bikes as of now and working on our 3rd project (Bat Tracker). The brains behind SGcustoms are three engineers Sagar Gawade, Tumul Aajesh and Sachin Thakur. We love to build bikes that are light, fast and practical. For this we keep the design minimalistic. We wanted to build a motorcycle that would stand apart from any conventional style. To build a motorcycle that would be at home on road as well as off it. An old Hero Honda Karizma was chosen for its ample power and smooth engine.

The ‘CARNAGE’ is a hybrid of bobber, caferacer and scrambler. Elements of each style have been used. The tank, handlebar and seat from a caféracer. The low saddle height and front set footrests from bobber. DualPurpose tyres ,Bash Plate and high raise exhaust from scrambler.The theme was to carry a round to edgy theme from front to back all across the motorcycle. It can be seen in the shape of the tank, seat as well as the exhaust system.A Brat Tracker is in currently in works and will roll out very soon.
