Cafe Racer – perhaps the most intimate and distinct kind among all the different category of motorcycle genre which continues since it was striked out. The main reasons to build a cafe racer are pretty simple – need for speed and being unique in all the right places, as well as being quite simply cooler than the guy standing next to you on his stock Ninja 300 may be! These machines were not only meant to transport you as fast as possible, but were also saying something about you and your distinct attitude. As such bikes where not readily available, we have some ingenious bike modifiers who offers the transformation, like today, we have a Bajaj Pulsar 150, converted to a neat cafe Racer by Furious Customs from Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

Talking on the restored Pulsar, Furious Customs shared their journey with us : “We chose Pulsar 150cc , 2002 model. Fully loaded, yet affordable and aggressive. Bike is painted in deep orange highlighting the unique stance of the cafe racer. The complete bodywork is designed to its best. Up front is a small yet classic looking delicate headlamp. The single-piece handlebar has been replaced by a clip-on handlebar.The fuel tank has been replaced by custom handmade fuel tank to give conventional cafe racer look. The rear cowl replaces the custom seat while the rectangular shaped triple LED tail lights sits under the cowl. The tyre sizes include front -100/80/17 and rear-140/90/15. Mechanical updates include the addition of an aftermarket K&N air filter. The entire process is like a dream come true; inspiring us to take up New challenges and experiment newly with every single aspect of our bikes. On the way to a brand new project.”
