Black Fury is a one-of-a-kind Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 custom build created by XTR Pepo. The motorcycle immediately stands out thanks to its aggressive stance and extensive frame modifications.

Pepo stripped the bike down to its bare bones. He heavily reworked the original double-cradle frame to achieve a lighter and more compact design. The builder removed everything from the centre posts rearward to reshape the structure completely.

To maintain strength, Pepo reinforced the metal around the swingarm pivot. He blanked off the area and re-welded it for added rigidity. He also strengthened the rear engine mount with additional metal.

From this point, Pepo built an entirely new subframe. The shorter lower posts now connect higher on the main frame. As a result, the motorcycle looks tighter and more purposeful.

The rear section received the same careful treatment. It now includes new shock mounts designed for the updated geometry. Finally, Pepo finished the entire frame in silver paint, highlighting the craftsmanship and structure.

Overall, Black Fury transforms the Continental GT 650 into a raw, focused custom machine that reflects XTR Pepo’s signature style.
