A Fresh Take on a Familiar Motorcycle
Saladin is a custom cafe racer built by Walled City Customs. The workshop transformed the everyday Bajaj Pulsar 150 into a stylish and practical city bike. Overall, the build focuses on clean design and urban usability.
Design and Frame Changes
First, Walled City Customs modified the chassis to suit the cafe racer layout. The team reshaped the frame to fit a larger fuel tank. As a result, the bike gains a longer and more balanced profile.
Next, the builder added a handcrafted wooden seat. This detail gives Saladin a unique character. At the same time, it keeps the seating position comfortable for daily rides.

Riding Position and Handling
In addition, the suspension and handlebar setup create a sporty riding stance. The bike feels lower and more aggressive than the stock Pulsar. Because of this, Saladin delivers better control in city traffic.
Meanwhile, the overall weight remains manageable. The bike stays easy to ride and practical for short commutes.

Purpose-Built Urban Custom
Finally, Saladin proves that a commuter motorcycle can become a true cafe racer. The build avoids excess and focuses on function. In conclusion, Walled City Customs shows how smart design can turn a simple bike into a bold urban custom.

This bike is based on pulsar 150. The chassis has been chopped to accommodate the bulky tank and the bespoke wooden seat. This gets a tyre configuration of 17” in the front and 15” in the back. The triple trees were machined out of stainless steel for the rims which had larger PCD to for larger disc brake. Front suspension are stock with thicker axle. The rear swing arm isn’t stock and gets a monotype suspension.
Along with the triple tree, the clip-on handlebars were also machined out of Stainless Steel castings.
The foot pegs are knurled out of SS rods.

The rear wooden seat and the laser cut SS cowl plate stands out with the leather upholstery. The multi function LED fits in like a glove. This wooden seat was machined out on a lathe machine.

The side panels bear the initials WCC with leather sheet in the back.

There are leather grips on the handle bars. Also the speedometer gets a leather cover adding to the individualism of this beauty.

Saladin has the classic off center stripes with the Saracen colors of blue and white.
