India’s flourishing custom motorcycle scene is ripe with young talent with limitless amounts of energy and creativity, dedicated to customizing motorcycles to match the image in their head. Its a wonderful era, the veteran skilled bike builders are thriving around and resulting some valiant eye catching bikes – from the conventional big chopper to eminent delightful bobber to distinguished salt flat racer, we have them all now. The one we have today n bucket is another perfect example of pursuing the scene – a custom Royal Enield bobber in old school charm with Peanut tank, the bike was build by Jedi Customs, who are successively delivering some awesome custom bikes in current days.

We are grateful to Adwait Samant, the person behind the build, always been helpful to us when we search some information on what’s cooking in their workshop, here is some details of the Bobber, directly coming from the builder, “Having built many bobbers in the past, this time we wanted to take our design a level higher. Being avid old school fans we decided to give it the typical European feel while adding some modern touches as well. Peanut tank raised in the front with a curved leather seat gives it the old school appeal while inverted USD forks and led tail lamps mark its entry into the modern world. We tried to give it a bling image this time and hence all the buffed chrome and metallic paint job. Custom bar end mirrors and a straight handle bar give the bike much needed soul. Fat tyres give it a heavy presence while the sissy bar in the rear completes the look.

We have named the bike Jajabor which in Assamese means traveler. Also the rhino in the tool box represents the Assam culture which the owner is so proud of.”
